Tire Repair Procedure

  • Find a leak in the tire. Whether it's a piece of tile, glass, a nail, or even a sharp piece of wood.
  • Remove the wheel from the bicycle. Then use a tire lever to pry the tire out of the bicycle wheel and take out the inner tube of the bicycle.
  • Inflate into the inner tube , being immersed in water to find leaks.
  • Mark where the leak was found
  • Use the sandpaper rub in the inner tube area. To make the rubber surface rougher than before. Rub slightly wider than the patch. To create a strong adhesion between the rubber surfaces more closely.
  • Apply glue to the leak area to fit the width of the patch. Leave it on for 1 - 2 minutes to allow the glue to dry and disappear.
  • Put a rubber patch on the area where the glue is applied. Press down at least 1 - 2 minutes to make sure that it is firmly attached. After that, squeeze and massage the area that attached the repair patch.
  • Reassemble the inner tube into the outer tire, align the tire, and then test the tire to see if it can be used properly.
